It never ceases to amaze me how quickly a week can go!  I've had a chance to do a number of NET treatments over the past week and a half and have seen some great results!  I've also had a chance to receive some NET treatments as well and have been very pleased with what has shifted for me.

Top of mind for me in this posting is the concept of taking the "emotional charge" off of an event or ailment and the difference that it can make.  To pull an example out of my own process, I had some calls to make to grow my coaching business that I had really procrastinated on.  Not the couple of days procrastination but rather the full blown, 3 week, finding every excuse not to do them kind of procrastination.

When I did the NET process that was centered around the procrastination, what turned up was a classic fear of rejection and abandonment, that had it's roots from what seemed like a relatively "minor" event in my youth.  Once that was identified and the emotional tension around it released (it was fast - around 3 minutes), I no longer felt the tension in my gut that I did before when I thought of the calls, and more importantly, I made all of the calls in the next couple of days and booked some new clients.

What struck me was the impact of releasing the emotional charge around that specific item in my life - once I did that, the rest was easy.  Did I still need to take a moment to figure out what I was going to say and the outcome I was looking for?  Of course, but without the emotional charge blocking me, it all happenned so much faster than I would have thought possible.

When our emotions are in the way of our goals, it creates a HUGE stumbling block.  Likewise, when our emotions are aligned with what we want to do, there is an amazing synergy that can make things happen far faster than you might think possible!

    Hey There!
Chances are if you're reading this, you're familiar with me in one way or another.  I'm a partner, a dad, a chiropractor, a business coach and a professional speaker.  I've got a busy life that has been pretty darn amazing and rewarding as well.  I've put this website and blog together so that I can have the opportunity to write about some of the experiences that I have had with NET and with healing in general.
